We are a small family company. Me, the main fitter- Mateusz Skalski, my dear wife - Paula, taking care of documents and organisational matters and a team of coworkers. 

I have 14 years of work experience as a door and windows fitter. At the age of 19, just after school graduation I started aprientenship under my Uncle’s wings. He owned his company for years and had knowledge which he passed on me. I find the work interesting, so I learned quickly and quickly became a supervisor.

In meantime I got married and together with my wife we decided to make our dreams come true and we moved to Ireland and started travelling. Coming close to 30 we started feeling urge to settle and we chose Germany for our new home. 

So in 2020 we move to Bochum, found jobs and it turned out that Polish workers are very respected and Polish windows are very popular among Germans. It encouraged us to dig deeper into the business, use our contacts and skills  to bring Polish products to our customers. 

Last year, 2022, we cooperated with Deutsche Fenster Bau - big company, with many employees and unfortunately prone to many communication mistakes. For example: Many times measurements where taken wrong, what resulted in unfitting windows. This led to huge costs and delays. The company announced bankruptcy at the begging of 2023 and many of its customers payed for the products and are left with nothing.
